If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, return your headset anytime during your first year of ownership for a prompt and courteous full refund. If you’re not completely satisfied with your wireless office headset purchase, neither are we. Send an email to support@officeheadsets.com and we’ll arrange for you to get the headset back to us and to refund you in full. Please keep all product, packaging and documentation as we can only accept complete headsets back for refund.
